Professional Computer Assistance is an information
technologies and QuickbooksŽ bookkeeping company that
was founded in 1996 by Nicholas (Nick) and Virginia (Ginny)
Yost. In the past 12 years the company has steadily grown
and expanded. In June of 2007 PCA purchased AZ On-Site
Tech Support and in May of 2008 PCA moved into a
commercial office space that allows us to offer carry in
service as well a on site service for your computers. We are
excited to be in our new home and greatly appreciate all the
support our clients have given us over the years!

Serving the cities of Surprise, Sun City, Sun City West,
Buckeye, Goodyear, Avondale, Tolleson, El Mirage,
Glendale, Peoria, Youngtown, Litchfield Park and NW
Phoenix, Arizona, PCA has personnel available to help you
with all of your computer and bookkeeping problems. All of
our personnel are excellent in their various fields of expertise
and will take care of your needs at reasonable rates!

** Virginia C. (Ginny) Yost is one of the founders of
Professional Computer Assistance, and is in charge of the
accounting division. She has been doing bookkeeping since
1985 and has worked with the QuickBooks accounting
programs as a ProAdvisor since January 1997. Ginny has
been certified in QuickBooks every year since 1999.

** Nicholas E. (Nick) Yost is one of the founders of Professional
Computer Assistance and currently manages the computer
repair and training division of PCA. His corporate career with
mid-frame / main-frame computers extended from 1968 to
1985, with positions ranging from Programmer to Sr.
Programmer Analyst and Systems Design Analyst. His special
emphasis was in Project Management & Control and
Documentation. Nick began working with desktop computers in
1985 and started teaching in 1997. He currently provides
training for computer basics, word processing and
spreadsheets at PCA's office or at your home or office. He is
also available for website development and system
documentation.

** Travis Saunders has been associated with Professional
Computer Assistance since 2002 and is in charge of the
commercial division. Travis holds the following certifications:
MCSE, Security +, Novell C.N.A., and A+ Technician. His
expertise includes servers, networks, wireless and remote
access. He also troubleshoots workstations and applications.

** Wendy Fischer is Nick and Ginny's daughter. She has been
working with the family business since 2006 when she
received her first Quickbooks Certification. Wendy has been
certified every year since 2006. She is now learning the ropes
of running the family business so that Nick and Ginny may
(eventually... someday...maybe) retire.
